Short, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. This is what is actually true of this site.
Castmark Press is an independent publisher of exam preparation and study guides. This site and the companion apps at castmarkpress.com/cdl are ours. Using them means accepting what is on this page.
Our books and apps are study aids. They are not official examination material, they are not endorsed by any certifying body or government agency, and no one can promise you a pass — not us and not anyone selling you a guide who says otherwise. The practice questions are original questions written to teach the material, not questions taken from a real exam.
Rules change. A licensing agency, an exam board or a state legislature can alter a requirement between our press date and your test date, and when they disagree with us they are right and we are wrong. Check the issuing agency’s own current instructions before you rely on anything here for a decision that matters. Corrections we learn about are published at Updates.
Nothing is sold on this site. Our books are sold by Amazon, and the purchase, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are entirely between you and Amazon under their terms. We never see your payment details.
The apps are free, need no account, and are free to anyone who finds them — owning the book is not checked. They run entirely in your browser and store your progress on your own device, so clearing your browser data clears it; each app has a button to download your progress first.
Each app lives at a fixed address printed inside a book that will be in circulation for years. We keep those addresses working. We do not promise a particular feature will never change, and we may add, improve or retire parts of an app.
The text, questions, explanations and code on this site are ours, © 2026 Castmark Press. Quote us, link to us, print a page for your own study, teach from it in a classroom — all fine. Republishing our guides or question banks wholesale, commercially or as your own, is not.
PMP is a registered mark of the Project Management Institute, Inc. CompTIA, FTCE and the names of state licensing agencies belong to their owners. We use them only to say which exam a book prepares you for, which is the one thing they are for.
We publish these guides carefully and we correct what we get wrong, publicly and with the date. But we cannot be responsible for an exam result, a licence application, a fee, a lost day or a job that turned on something you read here. Use the guide, and check the agency.
If these terms change materially, the changed page replaces this one and the change is noted at Updates. There is no version of this that takes effect retroactively against something you already bought.
